Hi, I'm Jeremy...
I live in Gig Harbor, Washington with my beautiful wife, Rachael, our son Kieran, daughter Allison (website coming soon), and our two retarded dogs. I work as the IT Manager for these guys, who are a newly acquired division of these guys.
I'm a linux guy and lean towards PHP and Java. In my spare time, I like to play with my son, drink beer, listen to music, snowboard, pole vault(!), and come up with fabulous ideas that never get enough attention.
All complaints and flames should be directed to the nearest wall. thank you. Now back to your regularly scheduled blog.....
Google Street View of Greentown, IN
Why Google would opt to have my hometown in street view is beyond me. Maybe the guys driving the little picture taking car got lost.
cool, yet creepy.....
so long, general....

Even though I'm a Purdue alum, I'll always have a special place in my heart for Bob Knight. I had the good fortune of meeting him about 8 years ago. Couldn't have been a nicer guy....
Giants to Patriots: suck it!
A heartfelt thanks to the New York Football Giants for making my day and handing the New England Patriots a well deserved loss in the Super Bowl. Now maybe all those smug, douchebag Pats fans who did nothing but whine and trash talk online all season will finally shut up (probably not). Bellicheck's post game interview was priceless. He probably said three words total.
random thoughts...
Asking me what my favorite beer is is like asking which one of my children I love the most.
....and we're back
some ass used an unknown exploit in my blog software to login and delete all my log entries. luckily I had most of them backed up in one form or another, so I was able to recreate them.
i've also switched to using drupal rather than my old homegrown blog app as I don't have time to maintain the code anymore.
You've probably noticed the facelift as well. I'll be tweaking things from time to time, so please bear with me during this transition.
twitter anyone?
I've added in my twitter feed to what gets posted here on the front page. I just sarted using twitter last week and it seems like a nice way to post short, random stuff during the day. This will also post it to my blog, so hopefully this will get updated a little more often...

Live from St Joseph's Hospital
This hospital is awesome. Free WiFi in all the rooms. Anyway, we're here because Rach is in labor! I'll update as things calm down.
